We had a fantastic stay at this wellness resort. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were quite nice. The location was amazing, just outside the city but super quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly and provided good service. We were able to park in front of the lobby, which was convenient for my granddad who had difficulty walking. We also enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our room.

Loved the serene environment that allowed for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. the staff was super helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. And the spacious and comfortable rooms were a real treat.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so getting around can be a bit of a hassle. the restaurant was not always open, which made it difficult to get a proper meal.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the serenity of the hotel's secluded location, which was a welcome escape from the bustling city. The exceptional staff service and warm hospitality impressed me, and the room was impeccably clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the scenic and refreshing views of the surrounding nature.

The lack of options in the breakfast menu and the distance of the hotel from the city center were some of the low points. some facilities such as the pool and spa could use some renovation to enhance the overall guest experience.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even allowing me to check in early without any issues. They even surprised my wife with a lovely Valentines gift. The bathroom was beautiful, with a bathtub and a refreshing rain shower. The location of this venue is great, offering a peaceful and quiet setting that is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
